App Issues

An app that won't open or keeps crashing is usually caused by one of two things — an outdated version or accumulated cache. Try the steps below one by one:

  • 1Go to Phone Settings → Apps → Jlievo → Clear Cache.
  • 2Download the latest APK from Jlievo's official page and install it over your existing version — no need to uninstall first.
  • 3The app runs best on Android 7.0 or higher. If your phone is older, you can still play directly through your mobile browser.
  • 4Still having trouble? Message support@jlievo.bet with your phone model and Android version — you'll hear back within 24 hours.
💡iOS users can update via the App Store. Also check Settings → General → Software Update.

Account

There are two ways to reset your password — via email or mobile number. Use whichever is available to you:

  • 1Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
  • 2Enter your registered mobile number — you'll receive a 6-digit OTP. Use the code to set a new password.
  • 3If you also don't have access to your mobile number, email us at support@jlievo.bet. Include your NID number and the name used during registration — your account will be manually reset within 48 hours.
🔐When setting a new password, use at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and one number. Enabling 2FA helps you avoid these issues in the future.

Betting

Jlievo uses decimal odds format. It's straightforward — multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return (including your original bet).

Example:
Bet: ৳1,000 × Odds 2.50 = Total Return ৳2,500 (Profit ৳1,500)
Bet: ৳500 × Odds 1.85 = Total Return ৳925 (Profit ৳425)
Bet: ৳2,000 × Odds 3.20 = Total Return ৳6,400 (Profit ৳4,400)

Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger reward. Odds never go below 1.00 — anything lower would return less than your original stake.

Live Score

Jlievo offers two ways to track live matches:

  • 1Real-Time Score Tracker: On the "Match Odds" page, you can view live scores, over-by-over updates, and match statistics for all ongoing games — completely free of charge.
  • 2Live Streaming: Video streams are available for selected matches. You must be logged in with a minimum account balance of ৳100 to access them.
  • 3Tap "Set Reminder" before a match starts — you'll receive a push notification on the app.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) on Jlievo is a one-time process — once done, you can withdraw without any hassle. Required documents and steps:

  • 1National ID (NID) or Passport: Clear photos of both front and back. Blurry images may be rejected.
  • 2Selfie: Hold your NID facing the camera and take a clear photo. Remove glasses and caps for best results.
  • 3Proof of Address (Optional): Utility bill or bank statement — only required for large withdrawal amounts.
  • 4Log in to your account and upload the documents under "Profile → Verification".
Time: Typically 2–6 hours. Up to 24 hours during peak times. Clear documents speed up approval.

Account Lock

For your security, Jlievo temporarily locks your account after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts. Each type of lock has its own resolution:

  • 2Long-Term Lock: Reset your password via OTP sent to your mobile — you can do this directly from the login page.
  • 3Locked for Suspicious Activity: Email support@jlievo.bet with "Account Locked" in the subject line, along with your registered phone number and the last four digits of your NID.
  • 4The support team typically recovers accounts within 2–4 hours.
